Southeast Idaho has some great resources and benefits for seniors, but it can be difficult for seniors and their families to understand options. Continuing care options and planning for the future are vital to ensure that elderly in our community have their needs met. The goal is to bring the community resources together and to collaborate, creating an educational forum for seniors & their families.
