Women's Only Weight Loss Program

Here's how it works: Over a period of 8 weeks you'll meet with a certified trainer 2 times per week. You'll learn how to eat right and exercise effectively. Classes are taught in a group setting of 6 women all motivated to lose weight just like you. ​ Spring Program Starts April 2nd and 3rd TWO SESSIONS TO CHOOSE FROM Morning Session: Tuesdays/Thursdays at 8:00am Starts April 3rd with Diane Evening Session: Mondays/Wednesdays at 5:30pm Starts April 2nd with Sandi ​ These are great introductory classes for women that are new to the gym and may be intimidated by the equipment. Or for women that are stuck and not reaching their weight loss goals. This program teaches our Beyond Diets weight management so you'll have all the nutritional information you'll need as you continue your quest for good health.
